Product Description Hoover Widepath Tempo Upright
Amazon.com Review The Tempo WidePath features a 15-inch cleaning path for super fast vacuuming when you need it the most. Plus, the WidePath cleans indoor air while you vacuum, thanks to an innovative allergen filtration system that traps 100 percent of dust mites, 99.98 percent of ragweed, and common grass pollens for cleaner breathing and fresher air. A powerful, 12 amp motor provides ample suction and doesn't leave anything behind. Onboard tool storage keeps attachments, such as a dusting brush, furniture nozzle, crevice tool, and two extension wands in close reach. A smaller profile (approximately 33-1/4 by 18-1/2 by 9-1/2 inches) and lighter overall weight makes the Tempo WidePath easy to push, and easier to maneuver around and under furniture, too. And, your purchase is covered by a Hoover one-year warranty. Get a Tempo WidePath, and never get behind on the housework again! --Brian Olson

Just buy it March 17, 2010 J. Laban 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
For the money this thing costs, you can't go wrong. It has some really powerful suction, and the brush motor hasn't yet fried itself after 2 years of use (even though I've accidentally wound up some string, cords, etc, in it a couple times). I can't say as much for many other vacuums I've owned.
In a somewhat unrelated matter, isn't "vacuum" a strange word? I can never spell it properly on the first try. Two Us in a row; weird.
what a sucker March 16, 2010 Dalton G. ft.worth,tx At first,i was a little skeptical about this vacuum cleaner. The price was great.Amazon.com had the best price. After researching the reviews and consumer products guides i settled for the Hoover U5140-900.Glad i did.Great product for the price.Don't let the competition fool you,all vacuum's have the same motor.12volt.no need to spend more for a vacuum than what Amazon sells them for. Thanks Amazon for your service.
Cleans well but too loud March 16, 2010 BJS This Hoover works pretty good, cleans carpets really well. It kinda blows dust around when it's on the floor cleaning setting though and it's soooooooo loud. But overall, it's not bad. Works much better than my last vacuum.
Perfect light-weight w great suction March 16, 2010 Claudia Francis (FREMONT, CA, US) I was looking for a light-weight vac with easy change to attachments. My aching joints cannot push and lift my Kirby any longer. I purchased this based on customer reviews. Easy to assemble, yes it's light-weight, great suction, so easy to switch from carpet vac to attachment use, long pliable cord. Such a relief. Thanks for specific reviews. I recommend especially for those with painful joints.
Hoover Tempo Widepath March 16, 2010 Rin (US) I love this economical vacuum cleaner!! It has great suction and the bags last quite a while. I have used it now for many cleanings...at least 5-6 and the bag is not yet full. I have a 2 bdrm apartment and two cats....and live in a dusty part of the southwest...and it holds up great! ( It is new..but I am expecting it will last for quite some time) :)
For the price it is a must for small areas (1100 sq feet), dorm rooms..etc. A must for college students who don't have much cash!
Love it!
Tools work great..the suction really SUCKS! In the best way, aye!
